Shore House Rental
"Property Package" Case study
Casa Kubera was purchased as an investment property with the interiors already underway. The house was already built. What it didn't have was a way to look like itself online. The open question wasn't the architecture, it was presentation: how does a 7-bedroom shore rental show up on Airbnb, on Instagram, in a guest's mind before they ever book, in a way that actually matches what's waiting for them when they arrive?
That's the gap this project closed. Interior direction, a full brand identity, and a social media asset system, built as one connected package instead of three separate vendors pulling in different directions.

The story
CLIENT — Casa Kubera YEAR — 2024 LOCATION — Brigantine, New Jersey SERVICES — Interior Design Direction, Logo Design, Visual Branding, Social Media Asset System
The Room: Master Bedroom
[Before photo] → [After photo]
One caption line, e.g.: "Coastal calm built around a navy-and-sand palette pulled directly from the brand system."
Optional add-on: a labeled concept render alongside the real after-photo — e.g. "Concept Vision: what this room could become with a full timeline and budget" — clearly marked as a rendering, not delivered work. Good for showing range without misrepresenting what was actually built.
The Brand
[Logo lockups, color palette, merch photos from your board]
A shell-and-sunrise mark. A navy, dusty blue, and sand palette. One identity that carries across the logo, the welcome merch, and the property itself, so nothing about the guest experience feels bolted-on.
The Social System
[Highlight covers, styled grid mockup]
Beyond the identity, the brand needed a way to live in a guest's feed: Instagram highlight covers for FAQ, House Amenities, and Guest Reviews, and a styled content grid mixing real photography with on-brand graphics, so the account reads as one continuous experience instead of a random mix of listing photos.
This is the section a social media manager can lift directly: the palette, the logo files, and the content style are all built to hand off.
What This Project Taught
A typical Z.Atelier project runs on a considered timeline, closer to 90 days. This one didn't get that: purchased in March, furnished in April, taking bookings by May. Working that fast meant some early furniture choices leaned toward budget over durability, and a few pieces needed replacing sooner than they should have.
That's exactly the problem predesigned room kits solve: a fully sourced, tested shopping list for a room like this one, ready to execute on day one, no compressed-timeline compromises. (Shop this room, link to Etsy — add once the beach-bedroom kit is live.)
Proof
Casa Kubera is consistently one of the top-booked properties in its area, with guest reviews noting the house is "well appointed." (Keep this framed as supporting evidence, not a causal claim — the page shouldn't imply the design alone drives bookings.)
